Nstalling fixed door frame at subway wellhead, and also installing crane travel track and double-girder crane on fixed type door frame, special material grab is supporting the use of cranes. Double-girder grab crane travels straightforward along track direction, and crane trolley travels along crane main girder direction. The lifting mechanism of it uses main and vice hook structures, the main and vice hooks do up and down actions at the same time. The main hook lifts material grab, when the material grab is lifted at special height, the vice hook lifting device pouring gravel or earthwork in the material grab, the operation is simple and the usage is convenient, in this way the mechanization degree has been improved. Mast Lifting Crane is mainly composed of a box girder, grab trolley, trolley traveling mechanism, cab and electric control system. Fetching device for grab bucket can grab bulk materials. Double girder overhead grab crane have opening and closing mechanism and a lifting mechanism, grab the four steel wire rope are respectively hung on the opening and closing mechanism and a lifting mechanism. Opening and closing mechanism driving closed grab, grab materials, when the bucket mouth closed, immediately start the lifting mechanism, so that the four steel wire rope average load of lifting work. When in unloading only started opening and closing mechanism, bucket mouth was open, tilt material. Double girder overhead grab crane hoisting mechanism in different outside, other parts of the structure is basically the same with hook bridge crane.
