Head plate with welding jiont checked by NDE to be delivered to clients. Responsible for welding. Cold press surface remains smooth, prevent material from deterioration. Full stock of molds for Elliptical&standard head. Pickling for stainless steel head plate. Buffing Internal & external surface as required.
Process: Material acceptane inspection---Lofting&cutting---Forming process---Edge preparation---product quality inspection & storage---Delivery & shipping.
YiXing Hokkai have SR furnace and NR/SHT furnace, can meet different process requirements .
Our company are ASME U&U2 stamp holder and can provide dished heads as PED/NB/GB/ASME standard.
