Product Name: Manual Tray sealing Machine for Modified Atmosphere FR-300
This machine is capable of sealing a wide range of trays and film, to conform to the requirements of product.
The cycle is completely automatic and is carried out by activating the start button simultaneously which will cause the following sequence of operation:
Insertion and closure of the tray cavities
Vacuum if required
Gas flush if required
Sealing of film to the tray
Die cutting of the film
Tray return to starting position for next cycle
Construction features:
The whole 304 stainless steel frame work
PLC control panel
Error message display
Emergency stop
