Guard tour reader working principle: a security guard holds a guard tour reader to collect checkpoint en route. The reader automatically records the checkpoint's route,patrol guard, location, time and event information. The data is transmitted later through a dedicated cable to a computer, the management software processes this data for the management person to analyze, handle, count, so the security guard's patrol can be evaluated. The management can get a scientific, accurate evaluation proof. Through software, it detects the reader number.After the route, personnel, checkpoint, event, plan setup, the reader is ready to use. Please check the software manual for more information. How to start the reader When the reader reads button, it is on. How to shut it off? When the reader is not in use,it is in idle status. How to read button? When the reader's read head touches the checkpoint button, it will beep once,the light glistens for 3 times, it shows reading successful. How to charge it? Connect the reader with our dedicated charger. How to transmit data? Unplug the reader from the end,use the dedicated cable to connect reader to computer, and run the software, then download the data. After the reader starts,the system will collect the data and synchronize the reader's time. During the data communication,the reader can't read button. When communication stops, the reader beeps once, it shows the communication ends, then you can disconnect the reader. Note: Only the dedicated cable can transmit the data.
