    Structural Style of Loading Arms           Component Descriptions:   Swivel Joint: The inner and outer tube is made of high-strenghth alloy steel, SS304 or SS316. Each ball bearing is equiped with a straight hydraulic grease nippes and leak detection hole plug. SS316L skeleton with RPTFE seal make it have good abrasion resistance, self-lubrication, abrasion self-compensation and long service life. Inner Arm: Standard material is carbon steel Reach horizontal axis of 0~360°rotation without column Outer Arm: Standard material is carbon steel Reach horizontal axis of 0~360°rotation, vertical axis of -30°~+60°rotation (it can be customized for special requirements) Compression Spring Cylinder: Made of carbon steel with galvanized treatment, The spring cylinder in-built compression spring to balance the weight of primary arm and drop pipe, Keep outer arm balance; Adjust drop tube vertical position through changed amount of compression spring.       Benefits Spring balanced for ease of use Long service life without corrosion Easy maintenance Easily changed swivel joint product seal Low cost of spares for a long economical life   Optional of Loading Arms  

Column	Made of carbon steel. Fix on the platform and use to support the loading arm Improve the stress condition of swivel joint, so as to extend the service life of swivel joint.
Vapor Recovery System	Consists of airtight cover and vapor recovery pipe. It is used for toxic, harmful and volatile products, to prevent the vapor emission and leakage. Material of airtight cover contact with the product part can select NBR, Viton, and PTFE etc. Vapor recovery pipe is metal hose in SS304, flanged connection. It also can be customized composite hose according to customer requirements.
Overfill Alarm:	When the liquid is filled over the safety liquid level, the sound & light alarm, and output switch signal, interlock control with control valve.
Electrostatic Alarm:	When bad grounding during loading, the sound & light alarm, and output switch signal, interlock control with control valve.
Heat Tracing	It is used for the product need heat tracing, such as bitumen, available in steam heat tracing and electric heat tracing.
Tefulong:	It is used for low concentration of sulfuric acid and corrosive product.
Stop Valve	It is used to cut off the loading pipe when loading is finished or any accident occurs on jobsite.
