Almost all of the clamping and holding devices of the traditional hydraulic pile hammer are in the bottom of the equipment, so it only can pull and sink piles downwards. In case of long pile body during the construction, it needs the large-tonnage excavator and changes the length of the boom and the jib.

Our company has developed a new type of side clamp piling structure, the purpose of which is to overcome the clamp shortcomings of the existing technology, realize the side clamp pile, and meet the requirements of the construction of bridges, factories and other places with limited height or super long piles.

Due to the inconvenient replacement of the fixtures of the side clamp hydraulic pile hammers, one type of fixture corresponds to a type of pile hammer. Besides, in case of bad working condition during the pile operation, the clamp devices wear seriously and the fixtures need to be changed often. Our company integrates the development of the side clamp pile driver body with a quick-change function, which is equipped with the customized quick-change fixtures to meet the needs of vibration sinking and pulling piles of pipe piles in different diameters and steel sheet piles in different specifications.
