First, route selection
        The line selection of circular knitting machine is a very important link. Proper thread selection can improve yarn quality, 
        reduce cost and increase fabric feel. When selecting yarn, it is necessary to pay attention to the density, 
        strength, thickness and fiber type of yarn. For example, the chemical fiber of knitted clothing mostly uses low-stretch yarn made of polyester,
        nylon and other fibers, while the sweaters with good feel are generally made of natural fibers such as wool and rabbit hair.
Two, the line
        Yarn feeding means that the selected yarn enters the needle comb through the tower car mechanism, 
        and is transmitted to the webbing by the driver and the yarn is interwoven into the fabric. 
       The quality of the carding reel will affect the strength and feel of the fabric. 
       When entering the wire, pay attention to the tension, speed and direction of the yarn, etc.,
       to ensure that the wire has no bayonet and the tightness is moderate.
Third, tower car mechanism
      The tower mechanism is mainly used to lift the needle board, feed the needle, 
      pull the needle, and rotate the tower, so that the yarn will shake along the direction of the needle comb on the loom. 
      Its operation and adjustment need to master skills to ensure the quality of the fabric.
Four, the driver
     The driver is an important part of the circular knitting machine, 
      because it directly affects the quality and speed of the fabric, it needs to be calculated accurately. 
      In the weaving process, the speed and proportional drive of the driver should be adjusted according to the number of woven pieces,
      yarn density and yarn snow value. The calculation of yarn snow molding value is a skill and experience.
Five, finished product inspection
     The inspection of the finished product is the last step in the weaving process of the circular knitting machine, 
     which is very important in the whole process. The finished product inspection includes standard inspection and life inspection. 
     Standard inspection refers to the testing of the width, thickness, weight, strength, 
     extension and color of the fabric under specified conditions; Life test refers to the physical properties of the fabric, 
     such as tensile strength, impact strength and so on.
The complete process of weaving process is line selection, wire entry, tower car mechanism, 
driver, finished product inspection. Each of these steps requires years of experience and skill.
