There are different categories according to different ways. Common hydraulic systems are :(1) According to the number of hydraulic pumps in the system can be divided into single pump system, double pump system and multi-pump system. (2) According to the use of different forms of hydraulic pump, can be divided into quantitative pump system and variable pump system. Variable pump advantage is in the range of adjustment, can make full use of the engine power, but its structure and manufacturing process is complex, high cost, can be divided into manual variables, as far as possible control variables, servo variables, pressure compensation variables, constant pressure variables, hydraulic variables and other ways. (3) The hydraulic system can be divided into open system and closed system according to the circulation mode of oil. Open system refers to the hydraulic pump from the tank suction oil, oil through a variety of control valves, drive the hydraulic actuator, oil through the reversing valve back to the tank. This system structure is relatively simple, can play the role of heat dissipation, precipitation of impurities in the tank, but because the oil is often in contact with the air, the air is easy to penetrate into the system, resulting in the instability of the mechanism and other consequences. The open system has large oil tank and good self-priming performance. In the closed system, the inlet pipe of the hydraulic pump is directly connected with the return pipe of the actuator, and the working fluid is closed in the pipeline of the system.
