JIS standard 550mm size welding neck flange

The welding neck flange is suitable for occasions with high pressure, high temperature or high sealing requirements. The WN flange refers to a kind of flange with cone neck and butt welding with cylinder or pipe, which belongs to integral flange. The butt welding and flat welding process we use is mainly used to improve the welding stress of welded joint and reduce the deformation of sealing surface. But the raw material cost of neck butt welding flange is higher, and the pressure of neck flat welding flange is lower than that of butt welding flange. In addition to the neck, the butt welding flange with neck is connected with the pipe by butt welding. This kind of flange has a round pipe transition in the production.
