Product description
Product Description
Tartaric acid and seignette salt both have a solid retarding effect on cement and have been widely used in ordinary concrete. The dosage of tartaric acid is generally 0.01%~0.1%. Tartaric acid has a strong retarding effect at high temperatures, so it is suitable for use in oil well cement, especially in ultra-deep well cementing. The dosage is 0.15%~0.50% of cement. When less than 0.10%, it may have a setting-accelerating effect. Tartaric acid is a stable high-temperature retarder when above 150°C and under very high pressures. It can not only improve the flow performance of cement slurry but also has no noticeable impact on the strength of cement stone.
Product Characteristics
The combination of tartaric acid and boric acid as a retarder not only has a good retarding effect but also improves the structure of the cement stone to give a fine-grained and uniform format and improving the mechanical strength. Since the addition of tartaric acid can increase the amount of water precipitation and water loss in the cement slurry, it is often used together with a water loss-reducing agent.

Mainly Application
1. Applied to self-leveling mortar has the effect of retarding coagulation, the addition amount is small, the effect is obvious. ;
2, tartaric acid for high temperature retarding effect is very strong, the effect is obvious when used in summer;
3, tartaric acid can be combined with citric acid, boric acid and other additives, can achieve better application results;
4. Adding tartaric acid to gypsum has a very good retarding effect and has little impact on strength.
Packing and Storage
25KG/BAG with PE inner.
Storage and transportation should be carried out in cool and dry place. Under high temperature and humidity conditions, measures such as moisture and pressure must be taken to avoid clumping or caking.
Unused products must be kept sealed to prevent moisture intrusion.
