Industrial Fine Ground Metallized Alumina Ceramic Tube
In electronics, high vacuum technology, medical technology, sensor technology, electrical driving industries, in order to achieve in connection of ceramic between ceramic, ceramic between metal, metallized ceramics plays a critical role for joining application. In common case, a metallic layer ( Mo/Mn or W) deposited on specific section of ceramic components, then cured at high-temperature reduced atmosphere, the interface for brazing can be formed. These vacuum ceramic components are famous for their high bonding strength and hermeticity.
Small part-size to large part-size is availability, the min. diameter can be 1 mm, the largest diameter is up to 800 mm.The typical plating as below:
1. Raw ceramic + Mo/Mn metallization 2. Raw ceramic + Mo/Mn metallization + Nickle plating
