Introduction of inclined screw conveyor  
This series of screw conveyor is mainly used to work with powdery storage tank like cement silo to transport powdery material(such as cement,lime),and also can be used in metallurgy,light industry,food storagre,chemical engineering field,such as the transport for pulverized coal,mineral powder,urea fertilizer,dry sand and flour.,etc. Features of inclined screw conveyor 1.Compact structure, small cross section, light weight   2.Good seal performance, good transportation efficiency   3.Flexible technological arrangement, easy to be installed , dismantle and moved, safe operation   4. Ideal for abrasive, corrosive or other materials   Working principle is as following   Materials get into conveyor through feeding inlet. Subject to the reverse thrust of screw blade, the materials can rotate with shaft as for radial force of thrust and friction between blade and material. As a result of material itself gravity and friction between chute and materials, the materials do not rotate with spiral blade but move along the chute on the effect of axial thrust of blade radial thrust force. Materials move forward in spiral form, that is moving forward accompanied with tumbling motion in circumferential direction.   Technical parameters
