1.The Machine of Whole structure and Characteristics:

     

1. YSK Series C-Type High Speed Press is one of the new generation of plate process and developed by Teyun. C-frame design for large operating spaces - suitable for automatic operations forming, punching, bending,straightening and multi-press assemblies to form automatic production line.

2.  Totally European design,Monoblock,Welded steel frame rigid to deflection moment and high tensile with ST44 A1 material.

3.  Fully enclosed drive, easily accessible for maintenance, eliminates, exposed over hanging parts,slide and bolster tables with T-slots.

4. The entire equipment be totally security (according to EN292:1994, EN60204:1994 and NR12) and defined as Level 4 of safety

     

1. Hydraulic System and High-speed Cylinder:

     

1. Uses a variable flow piston pump - offers high pressure resistance, high velocity, durability and low noise.

2. Main cylinder is specially designed for high velocity, motor uses less power, high ascending and descending speed, increased efficiency.

3. Hydraulic pipe system uses integrated circuits - manifold block fits inside the press to reduce piping and oil leaks, easy to maintain, simple and safe. Hydraulic system is from Bosch,Germany

4. Piston has been heat treated and precision ground finished, uses high quality, imported oil seals & packing; high wear resistance and durability.

5. Overload overflow protection is outfitted to hydraulic system,which can assure no leakage,and the oil level can be read or seen directly.

6. All pipes, flange and joint with vibrations proof and leakage proof design and setting .

     

2. Electrical system and the safety interlock:

     

1. Electrical panel with cooling system designed to meet CE Standards and composed of automation and electrical equipments with SIEMENS brand.

2. Protective fence and the safety interlock to ensure the operation safety. Have a movable single-hand pedal switch,easy to operate.

3. Front Side Covers with safety switches, Back light safety guards (Category-4),Foot pedal conforming to CE regulation.

     

3. Ram structure:

     

1. Guiding device: adopts four cylindrical location guiding to make sure of the steady precision, and it's easy to test and maintain.

2. The Machine Adjustable stroke control, Pressure regulator and gauge, allows to limit the ram pressure. Can move the ram up slowly,which allows the operator to control work piece conveniently.

3. Universal fixing-surface of the upper tool can be meeting with the clamping requirement of the tool farthest.

     

4. Presses control system:

     

1. Presses operated with automatic one cycle design; two hand push button design for simple and safe operation. Presses which could realize three-operation mode: adjustment, manual and semi-automatic.

2. Selector switch modes of operation: jog (setup) and run (cycle).

3. PLC press control is flexible and safe. djustable proximity switches allows stroke adjustments in seconds.

4. All our electrical, hydraulic and mechanical parts are standard in the industry and available throughout North America and Europe.

5. The Machine is with both hands button and foot switch control: anti-tie down, non-repeat controls with ring guards; conforms to OSHA.
