HX 400P JS Polymer cement waterproof coating   Polymer cement waterproof coating is mainly made of acrylic polymer emulsion and cement and other admixtures. It is a two-component waterproof coating for construction. The product is a new generation of environmental protecting waterproof coating without solvent pollution, fire resistant, non-toxic, tasteless, and nonpolluting.   Product Features Water-based emulsion, no toxicity and no harm to human and animals. Film coated with high strength, elongation rate and strong adaptablility for substrate shrinkage and deformed cracking. Able to be constructed on damp substrates, with high adhesive strength. Cold construction with easy operation and convenient maintenance.   Characteristics High adaptability to wet and dry base layer, not flowing on elevation. Pigment can be added as you wish High elasticity and high durability Poison-free and odor-free, no pollution, easy construction shortening construction time Ventilation property, no bulking even on wet base layer.   Application It is mainly used for waterproof for surfaces of building roof, walls, indoor toilet and bath rooms, kitchen, floors balconies, pools, moisture-resist and waterproofing for underground project, station, etc.     Two component waterproof coatings compounded of organic liquid and inorganic powder, has characteristics of the high elasticity of organic material, also good durability of the inorganic material. The coating could form high-strength and tenacious waterproofing layer. As the rigid layer for waterproofing, it has the advantages of good waterproof effect and high abrasion resistance. Especially suitable for the toilets and bathrooms, kitchens and waterproofing and seepage-proofing for parts of acid and alkali corrosion.   Tensile Strength/MPa, ≥1.2~1.8 Elongation at break/%, ≥80~200 Foldability at Low Temperature: -10 °C Bonding Strength on wet substrate/MPa, ≥0.5~0.7   Type A (JS Polymer flexible waterproof coating) & Type B (JS Polymer Cement composite waterproof coating) Delivery size in 20KG bucket or customized.   Construction Technology   Notices, 1) The mass ratio of powder to emulsions for underground waterproofing works is 1:1. 2) Do not use solidified or film-shaped adhesive or mix them with new material for use. 3) Waterproof coatings should not be used on an extremely humid substrate or in poorly ventilated humid environment. For basement construction, the self waterproofing of floor shall be strengthened, and the construction shall not start after that the levelling course of floor is dried. 4) Covering materials shall be brushed evenly all around without any local deposition. For facades and slopes, brushing shall be performed from top down to prevent flowing or too large thickness. 5) Dry the coating for 7 days before applying the protective layer. In case of joints on the substrate of upstream face, pave 5~10cm –wide plastic film or old newspapers on the cracks or joints, and then brush slurry thereon 4~6 times, with coating area edges ongoing beyond the sides of plastic film or old newspapers by more than 5 cm. 6) Reference dosage: about 1.8kg/m2 for forming 1.0mm thick film. About 3.0kg/m2 for forming 2.0mm thick film.   Packaging and transportation 1) The products are packaged with moisture-proof bags and plastic buckets. Type One: 20 kg emulsion + 24 kg powder; type two: 20 kg emulsion + 30 kg powder. 2) The products should be stored in cool areas with temperature over 5°C and protected against direct sunshine. 3) Powder shall be stored flatwise in a dry warehouse. 4) Measures against rain, exposure to direct sunshine, contracting, squeezing and collision shall be taken during transportation. 5) Shelf time, 12 months.
