Quality Control of Joint Metal Parts of High Pressure Hose: 

The quality of the core pipe, jacket and sealing part of the joint must be strictly checked before the joint is assembled. In addition to the specifications and dimensions, tolerance fit and processing accuracy should be in line with the requirements of joint drawings, the interchangeability of joints and the matching of rubber hoses used should also be checked. At the same time, the smoothness of the surface of core tubes and the smoothness of sharp edges and corners should be emphasized. If a sharp sharp angle or burr is found in the joint metal, it must be carefully repaired before it can be used. Otherwise, it will seriously affect the service performance and life of the hose assembly.

1. Construction

High pressure steel wire spiral rubber hose, covered with fire resistance paint coat, steel wire braided layer, and anti-flaming layer. 

2. Applications

It is mainly used in high temperature surroundings and in conditions having heat source or heat radiation source, such as oil field well-control, metal smelts, and chemical industry.  

Applicable to connection at locations when drill platform, semi-submersible drilling vessel or drilling vessel moves relatively and the installation dimensions of the drill rig subsequently change, and to delivery of oil, gas, mud and other high pressure media

4. Characteristic

The product features resistance to high pressure, thermal insulation, anti-flaming and fire resistance as well as inner wall with high abrasion resistance. 

5. Packing 

After finishing the hose production, we will pack the hose. In general, the packing will use plastic film and wooden cases. Special packing is available to customer's requirements.
