How to make a shoe sole mold with silicone rubber?

Shoe Sole Mold Silicone Rubber mainly used for shoe molds, sand casting, sole sampling, plaster models, simple products, products with non-complex patterns, as well as product models with stable size and non-deformation

3. Shoe Sole Mold Silicone Rubber- Instructions

1). Brush some release agent to the  original sole mold.(release agent can be soap water,detergent, vaseline etc)

2). Form a box for the original sole mold.

3). mix our shoe sole silicone with the catalyst (3%~4%)evenly and pour the mixture to the box.

4). After the shoe soles silcone rubber cured,simply demould it ,then you will get a finished sole silicone mold.

 

4. Shoe Sole Mold Silicone Rubber- Notes

Usually , we do not suggest customer to add silicone oil to the silicone to adjust the shore A. If necessary, we would suggest to add as 5% silicone oil.

5. Shoe Sole Mold Silicone Rubber- Shelf life

Twelve(12) months from date of shipment when stored at 250C in the original  sealed packages.
 

6. Shoe Sole Mold Silicone Rubber- Package

Packed in clean 25kg/pail, 200kg/pail.
