		A1:	We can supply the aluminium complete system(including profile,glass,hardware,accessories and fabricated windows)as well as the installation.
Q2:	What’s your price?
A2:	The price is based on buyer's specific requirement, so please provide below information to help us quote exact price to you. 1) Shop drawing / window schedule to show the window opening way, dimensions, quantity ; 2) Aluminium color; 3) Type of glass (single or double or laminated or others) / thickness of glass ( 5mm or 6mm or else , if you have no idea we can recommend according to window size) /colour of glass (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E or others, with Argon or without).
		Q3:	What is the standard size of your windows and doors?
		A3:	Our product is CUSTOM MADE. We always manufacture windows and doors according to buyer's dimensions,EVEN ONE WINDOW, ONE SIZE.
Q4:	What is your delivery time?
A4:	For the series we stocked 10 working days with 300M2 , For the series unstocked 40 working days with 700M2.
Q5:	What is your payment terms?
A5:	For f30% - 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit when confirmed the order and balance paid by T/T before loading container.
Q6	How to assure quality?
A6	Aluminum,glass, hardware and worker's experienced skill are key important for good window making. My factory adopt top brand material and 10 years experienced workers for fabricating. All these can assure my window qualtiy zero defect and even cater to Japan and Australia high strict requirement. Also can assign your QC person stay in my factory for daily inspection.
Q7	How to resolve after sales quality issue?
A7	Compaint resolve mirrors supplier's good service. So many years export experience, have no complaint comment on my products. If happened actually, don't worry about this and we will resend new one for your replace and maintenance FOR YOUR FREE CHARGE.
Q8	Do you agree customers buy material self and send to factory for fabricating?
A8	Yes, my factory can accept fabricating based on customer's own material and only charge customer's a little processing fee.
