Hot Melt Bag Air Filter (FST-HM-AIR-01):
Describle:
The difference between the hot melt filter bag and the ordinary filter bag is that there is a layer of hot skin on the air surface, it is easy to distinguish whether it is a hot melt filter bag by careful observation.
Hot melt filter bag is mainly used in air conditioning ventilation system: coarse dust filter (G3 / G4) filter system, pre-filtration of medium-effect filter and fine dust filter (G5 / G6) high-efficiency filter.
Characteristiscs:
The filter material is processed by high performance hot melt method which is composed of organic synthetic fiber which is resistant to fracture, with increasing structure, good filtration performance, large dust capacity, high economic efficiency and high cleaning efficiency.
The filter bag adopts the line seam technology or the seamless welding technology to ensure the reliability of operation, each bag has a locating air duct to ensure the best filtering effect, the filter is designed without silicon and is especially suitable for painting shop.
Filtration grades: G3,G4,F5 and F6. the flame retardant treatment accords with the classification standard of fire prevention, European DIN53438-f1 and American UL900-class2; have strong humidity resistance, up to 100% moisture resistance, temperature resistance 100 ℃.
Applications: The hot melt filter bag is mainly used in air conditioning ventilation systems.
