High strength fireproof material calcium silicate board         Description   Sanle fiber cement board is 100% free of asbestos. The compressed machine is14000 tons.So we can produce density over 1600kg/m3. There are total three production lines now. Production capacity is 20 million square meters per year. We can send you boards earlier than other supplier.   Based on different density/thickness and application, headerboard CCA board can be classified as light compressed board, middle density board, high density board, standard size is 1220*2440mmm, other special size also can product.   Middle density board:   average density is 1.3g/cm3,  thickness from 4-20mm   Light compressed board:     average density is 1.4-1.5 g/cm3, thickness from 4.5-14mm  High density board:    average density is above 1.6g/cm3,  thickness from 5-25mm Other special size also can be made based on your demand.       Applications: Sanle calcium silicate board can be used for interior and exterior wall, ceiling, floor, kitchen and toilet wall panels, materials of vessel and the subway projects, sewer separating boards in high-rise building, and even for furniture lining, fire linings, billboards, lockers board etc.   Specification
