High Quality 256 InGaAs Linear Array Detector

The overall dimension of the detector is 28 mm (L) x 15 mm (W) x 6.2 mm (H). 30 pins drawn out from the back of the package which diameters are 0.45 mm and the spacing is 1.778mm are used to input electrical signal and power of the focal plane, output detected signal of the focal plane and electrical signal of the temperature measurement element, and power input for TEC.

According to the national strategy of the integrated development of Yangtze River Delta, Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics Chinese Academy of Sciences signed strategic cooperation agreement with Wuxi city government. Then, WuxiZhongke Dexin Sensing Technology Co., Ltd. was registered in Wuxi, in 2020.
