High Quality 256 InGaAs Linear Array Detector

The overall dimension of the detector is 28 mm (L) x 15 mm (W) x 6.2 mm (H). 30 pins drawn out from the back of the package which diameters are 0.45 mm and the spacing is 1.778mm are used to input electrical signal and power of the focal plane, output detected signal of the focal plane and electrical signal of the temperature measurement element, and power input for TEC.

The short-wave infrared imager generates high-resolution images by receiving infrared reflection signals from the target, and it works very well when the sun or starlight serves as the reflected light source for the target.
