General description of Double Column CNC Vertical Turning Lathe CK5250
a. This CNC vertical turning lathe can perform rough and fine turning of flat surface, groove, cylindrical surface, conical surface and spherical surface. After programming, it can turn revolution surface.
b. Adopting AC motors and hydrostatic guideways, the worktable of CNC vertical turning lathe can achieve stepless speed regulation.
c. With two electric tool posts, double column CNC vertical turning lathe can perform rough and fine machining at the same time.
d. Adopting Siemens, Fanuc and other famous CNC control system.
e. The guideways of cross beam is made of wear-resistant alloy and quenched by supersonic frequency to guarantee its long-term accuracy.
f. Linear scale is optional to achieve higher accuracy.
