This units consist of single screw extruder or twin-screw extruder and corresponding auxiliaries machines, mainly to produce PE, PP, PVC and other plastic granules for various application. That machines with advantages of high automation, good plasticizing effects, well mixing and dispersion, high efficiency.

The principal parts such as barrel, conical barrel, and screw all adopt high quality alloy (38CrMoALA), with nitriding treatment with high rigidity, good wear resistance, and durability. This machine adopts air cooling or water ring cooling for pelletizing production, with air convey and vibration separation. Heating system adopts cast aluminum heater to give long working life.
