Dissolving Method

Add the product (5~10%) in water (30℃) gradually , stir the mixture (for about 30-60 mins ) until it completely dissolved in even paste

¶ Applied to softening and hydrophilic finishing of cotton, linen, silk and blended fabric

¶ Applied to napping, fluffing and antistatic finishing of fabric

Application

Padding: Dosage: 20~30g/L(10% solution) Temperature: 30~40℃

Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads

Dipping: Dosage: 3~8%(o.w.f)(10% solution) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15

Temperature: 40~50℃ Time: 30min

Storage and Packing

Shelf life: 12 months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse

Packing: 120kg plastic drum
