Description

Linear separator main characteristics:

1.vibration is activated by one or two vibrating motors with adjustable out-of-balance force;
2.vibration develop in the horizontal and in the vertical plane and can be settled in both directions;
3.vibrating motor design allows to adjust easily the counterweight and modify the vibration to find the best way to   sieve a product (for 4.gentle screening, long residence times, high throughputs or difficult-to-screen products);
5.high screening efficiency both with liquid and solid products;
6.vibrating motor are standard and provide reliable power;
7.provided with high quality suspension that virtually eliminates transmitted vibrations;
8.screens are easy and fast to change and can be equipped with rubber balls cleaning system;

all product contact areas can be mirror polished in accordance with Sanitary Standard
