Halogen Free FR PP Cable is a Low Smoke Halogen Free Flame Retardant Filler Rope. Halogen Free FR PP Cable based as 100%Polypropylene or PP+Caco3, it use for flame retardant low smoke cable and wire. The advantage of LOSH PP Filler Yarn are environmentally friendly, low smoke and little proportion.

Usage; flame-retardant, fire-resistant, LSOH flame-retardant, fire (oxygen) separated, LSLH flame-retardant cables and outdoor cable.

Function of the filler string in the flame-retardant cable component:

A)It ensures that the cable is of good roundness.
B)It can improve flame-retardant class of the cable when use filler with high oxygen index.
C)It can fix the cable core in a stable position.
D)It can increase cable's tensile strength.

Requirement to filler used for the flame-retardant cable:

A)It mustn't absorb the moisture.
B)Its operation temperature should be the same with that of the cable.
C)It should not pollute the environment and do harm to human body in process of wrapping.
D)It should have good tensile strength and certain elongation.

Storage: It should be stored in the dry and clean warehouse and the shelf life is 18 months after the manufacturing date.
