 Haccp Deep iqf frozen vegetables Chinese origin Frozen vegetables Product Description Frozen vegetables: Materials checked and accepted – preprocessing (calibrate and get rid of stems) – blanch – cool –calibrated - IQF - packing - metal detected – cold store. 1.Processing technics and operating regulation 3.1  Materials checked and accepted 3.1.1 Materials requested: no damage, no aging, no discoloured, no rotten, no disease. 3.1.2 Materials must be no contamination. Pesticide residue and microorganism must accord with the importing countries stipulations. 3.1.3 During the materials package, transporting, store there’s no contamination, no damaged, no rotten. The approved materials must be processed promptly. 3.1.4 The materials loading and unloading must be carefully. Wild operation is prohibited. 3.2  preprocessing 3.2.1 getting rid of the stems. 3.2.2 calibration according to the technics: As to buyer’s need           As to buyer’s need 3.3  Wash and blanch 3.3.1 Half finished product must be blanched in time without overstock to avoid the colour changed. 3.3.2 All operating must be according to the technics seriously. The water temperature must be adjusted well based on the different sizes (98DC+/-2DC) to maintain the product’s original colour and not to destroy its nutrition component . Branched time: normally 90 seconds. 3.4 Cool 3.4.1firstly in the normal temperature water between 10-15 degrees,then quickly cooled in the water between 3-5 degrees to make the temperature quickly fall and avoid the colour changed. 3.4.2 To avoid the product colour effected the cooling facilities are made by stainless steel and prohibited to use iron ones. 3.4.3 Calibration Select out the products with disease, coarse-fibred, discoloured, foreign sizes, damaged peas. 3.5 IQF 3.5.1 The IQF machine is operated by the full-time person. It is checked and maintained termly and settle the engine problem in time to assure the production proceeding smoothly. 3.5.2. The products temperature after IQF must be below minus 18 DC. 3.6. Packing 3.6.1.Pack the goods according to the client’s request seriously. 3.7.Metal detected 3.7.1 All products must be detected by the metal detector. Once find problems settle them promptly. 3.7.2 The metal detector is tested every half an hour by the detected object to assure the detector’s sensitive running. 3.8 Cold store The products after packed must be entered in coldstore in time and placed trimly. The temperature of coldstore should be kept below minus 18 DC.     Packaging & Shipping (1) Pack size: as to customers’ request, normal is 10kg or 20kg per Carton.
(2) Pack type: Export standard outer case, no nails, flaps are to be sealed with self adhesive freezer     stable tape, the cartons is waterproof, new polythene food grade liner.
