It’s an ideal choice for large, medium and small quarry.   Breif details:   1.Stone Heavy Hammer Crusher is widely used for medium or fine crushing for medium hard and brittle materials by departments of mine, cement, coal, building material, metallurgy, chemical industry, road construction, gas chemical industry and thermal power generation, etc. 2.The compression strength of the materials shall not exceed 100MPa, while the moisture content shall be lower than 15%.   Working Principle:   The stone heavy hammer crusher crushes by the collisions between high speed hammers and materials. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed through the belt, and on the rotor there are series of hammers. When the materials get into the working area of hammers, the rotating hammers with high rotation speed are crushing them, the crushed products meeting the required size can be discharged by the outlet and become the final products, the large size products are brought back to the crushing area by the hammers for being re-crushed until they reached the required size. When the bulk material into the machine, hit by the hammerhead and stopped by material bracket. That’s not only increase the contact area between material and hammerhead but also avoid sudden infarction of the rotor. After the impact, bulk materials hit themselves on the crushing cavity.
