The STL water-jacketed gold concentrator is a kind of gravity separation equipment. It was developed by Changchun Gold Research Institute Co., Ltd. in 1985 and has been put into the market. At present, it has been used in many Chinese and foreign companies. It is suitable for the recovery of monomer gold from placer gold, vein gold ores and polymetallic ores.Instead of  mercury plate operations, the addition of large monomer gold particles in the collected ore before flotation can further increase the recovery rate of gold  ores. The equipment can also be used to recover monomer gold from flotation gold-copper concentrates and flotation gold concentrates.

The main indicators of this series of equipment basically reach the level of similar international products (such as Nelson gold concentrator, etc.). Compared with similar equipment at home and abroad, this series of equipment has the advantages of cost-effective, easy operation, and low maintenance costs.

The actual use of the equipment in mining enterprises has proved that the recovery rate of placer gold is above 95%, especially when the monomer gold is recovered from vein gold ores, when the grinding particle size of -0.074mm accounts for 65%, the recovery rate of monomer gold can reach over 98%, and the recovery rate of 0.04mm monomer gold is over 97%.
