Q: how can I get spare parts for backup?
A: we will send you one more set of cutter and setup toolkit, and we could supply them in long term.
Q: what is the average orange diameter?
A: the dimaeter of orange for this machine is 40-90mm, but we recommend average 80mm diameter, the performance will be better.
Q: what is the diffence between the basic type and tap type?
A: there is a plastic juice tank in the middle for the basic type, after juicing you could get the juice from the tap, but the tap do not have the switch function. and for tap model there is not a plastic tank in the middle, and the tap could be a switch, it is a self-service device.
Q: will it hurt the operater during cleaning period?
A: please do not worry. we have to take off the cover when cleaning, and the power will be cut automaticlly if we take off the cover, it is not able to run.
