This solution is using HEHENG fasteners and tools which are developed and manufactured by HEHENG with independent intellectual property rights to quick instal dfferent kinds of thermal insulation materials during interior & exterior wallthermal insulation layer installation.
It has the characteristics of high efficiency, safe, environmental protection and economy.
Interior & exterior wall thermal insulation project is divided into thin coat plastering insulation system and insulation& decoration integrated board system. HEHENG has developed two different types of fasteners for this two differentthermal insulation system. They are insulation anchoring drive pin and insulation & decoration integrated boardfastener. This can make insulation installation fast and reliable.

The Solution to Thin Plastering Thermal Insulation
Composition
1. Consists of insulation fastener and drive pin.
2. Insulation fastener which is made of 100% original raw material has thecharacteristics of not combustion-supporting; it has the unique design of
tooth shape that can efficiently isolate the drive pin and mortar; stop the heatbridge effect.

General Suitability In Concrete
When a gas pin is driven into concrete, the concrete around the fastener shank is displaced. This displacedconcrete compresses against the shank creating a friction hold. In addition, heat generated during the drivingprocess, causes a sintering of the concrete to the fastener. HEHENG insulation tastenerThe fastening effect will be affected by the following factors
1. The depth of fastener shank into the base material
2. Compressive strength of concrete
3. Fastener shank diameter

Fastening Features in Steel
When a gas pin is driven into steel, the steel around the fastener shankisd is placed. This displaced steel flows back around the shank and into theknurling creating a keying or in the case of smooth shank fasteners a friction hold. In addition, the heat generated during the driving process, at temperatures of approximately 900"C, causes partial fusion of the fastenerto the steel.
A fastener driven into steel is influenced by the fllowing factors:
o Base steel thickness
o Tensile strength of base steel
o Fastener spacing and edge distance
o Fastener shank diameter
o Depth of penetration into concrete
Generally, as the fastener penetration increases,so does the holding power. However, a penetrationdepth which is too shallow or too deep may causean increase in fastening failure
o Compressive strength of concrete/aggregatehardness
Generally, as the concrete compressive strengthincreases, so does the fastener's holding power.however, very high compressive strength and aggregate hardness decrease the possbilit of makinga successful fastening.

2. The diameter of plastic disc is more than 50mm; the effetive anchoring depth is from 20mm to 25mm (adjustaccording to the actually working condition).
3. The tenile strength of every single anchor is more than 0.30kN (standard value). After testing itas per JG 149-2003, the tensile strength usually can be above 0.8kN.
4. The heat transfer increasing added value from every single anchor to the system is less than 0.004W/(m.K)(according to JG 149-2003)
5. The hardness, bending, thickness of zinc coating and fring perormance of drive pin are in cording with thestandard GB/T 18981-2008.
6. Applicable for the installation and fastening of ifferent kinds of insulation board (e.g EPS board,XPS board, rockwool board, polyurethane sheet, phenolic sheet, foam cement etc.) on base materials with C15-C50.

Installation Instruction
The solution contains the istallation and fastening of diffrent kinds of insulation materials (e.g rock wool, EPSboard, XPS board, phenolic sheet, polyurethane sheet, foam cement etc.) on base materials like concrete, solidbrick, hollow brick and steel structure.
note:
1. In order to achieve the best fastening effet, we suggest using powder-actuated insulation fastening tool for the concrete grade above C35.
2. This solution is applicable to concrete, brick masonry, air brick, steel substrate etc. which meet the requirements of GB standard.
3. Please select plastic washers strictly according to the instructions. If the selection is improper, itmay cause the danger as below:
A. The anti drawing force of insulation fastener can not meet the standard requirement.
B. The insulation fastener is easy to get damage, like drive pin bending or plastic washer tom.
