  The main features of the equipment:  1. In order to keep the strip surface a high quality and good coating bond, the whole process adopts electrolytic degreasing which can completely clean the strip surface.   2. The annealing furnace is heated by all gas radiant tube, so it has high efficiency and high product quality.   3. Waste gas from the furnace can be recycled for three times, it is a skill of saving energy.   4. Annealing furnace adopts light fiber as lining, which has quick furnace building and small thermal inertia.   5. The zinc pot is a type of jet flow ceramic induction pot.   6. Adopt mature air knife equipment, which can control the zinc coating weight very well.   7. The skill, the fast cooling after galvanizing can match the cooling speed requirements of galvalume products.   8. Equipped with skin pass line, which can improve the surface quality effectively, eliminate the yield point elongation and improve processability.   9. Adopt the two-bending & one-stretching leveler to improve the strip shape quality.   10. Adopt SIEMENS AC VF speed regulation drive control and PLC control system, which has steady tension and speed, and a high degree of automation.
