Material Analysis
Unalloyed low-carbon steel wires of various size. The tensile strength of the steel wire should reach to 350-500M/mm2 as EN10218; And the elongation should not be less than 10% as EN10223-3.
The steel wire will go through several strict processes, and then will be hot-dipped galvanized, re-plated with Galfanor PVC, so as to improve the durability of the nettings under all sorts of enviroments.

Common Specification
Gabions are boxes made of double twisted hexagonal mesh. They are filled with rocks used to form flexible and permeable structures which are widly used in retaining walls, erosion control stabilization of the riverbanks and dams.
The gabions are divided into cells by mesh panels with 1 meter space, and all the edges of the gabion are reinforved with greater size steel wire.
