It produces one side pe film coated paper cups after running a whole procedure of automatic preprinted fan shape paper feeding, cup side body sealing, silicone oil lubricating(for top curling), bottom punching, bottom preheating and prefolding, main heating, bottom knurling, top curling and cup discharging. Unique design with net guard cover, better for heat dissipation, ensure the machine has a longer life span. Advantages compare to other machine supplier1. We use standard 6*6 mm angle iron for the machine frame, and it weight 1500kg without any lying. (i know many cheap machines only use 5*5mm, and sometimes even not the standard 5*5 and even worse, and the weight they mark is fake. 2. We have three cam to control the cup clamp system, which is very import part in the machine, it will enable the machine run more fluently. Totally 8 cams driven the machine. 3.
