Elastic seat gate valve product introduction:

The opening and closing part of the elastic seat gate valve is a gate plate. The movement direction of the gate plate is perpendicular to the direction of the fluid. The concealed rod elastic seat sealing gate valve utilizes the overall encapsulation of the valve to produce a deformation compensation effect to achieve a good sealing effect, overcomes the general phenomenon that the gate valve is poorly sealed, leaks water and rust, and saves installation space more effectively. Flat seat

Full-cover shutter

The gate plate adopts ductile iron QT500-7 frame as a whole to cover high-performance rubber. Mature vulcanization technology and advanced vulcanization technology thoroughly isolate the gate iron core from the fluid. The coating is tight and reliable, and its bonding strength conforms to the requirements of DVGW. Even if subjected to frequent squeezing stress, the rubber will not fall off.

The two-body structure of the stem nut and the gate plate ensures sufficient freedom, flexibility in opening and closing and no jamming.

Reliable upper seal

The upper seal between the valve stem and the top cover adopts five [O" seal ring structures of [inner 3 and outer 2". Compared with the packing and sealing structure of traditional gate valves, the seal is tight and reliable, and friction resistance is greatly reduced.

Anti-corrosion performance

Electrostatic spraying of epoxy powder on the inner and outer surfaces of the shell (ball-ductile QT500-7) ensures a uniform and firm coating with no exposed iron. The middle cavity attaches the top seal of the bolts and isolates the bolts from contact with the environment to prevent corrosion.
