Foam Pig

        There are four major foam pigs of water-absorption foam pig , naked foam pig , PU coated foam pig , steel brush foam pig.         Water-absorption foam (Density: 15-30Kg/M3) is mainly applied to water-absorption and drying in new pipelines.  Effective operation distance is ≥5Km.         Naked foam is made of frothed polyurethane by imported material (Density: 80-200Kg/ M3), which end is painted with  polyurethane,  and effective operation distance is ≥60Km. It is mainly applied to water-absorption, sealing and pigging in submarine pipeline.         Smooth foam pig and steel brush foam pig are made of  frothed  polyurethane by imported material(Density: ≥200 Kg/ M3), its surface is painted with polyurethane or added steel wire. Effective operation distance is ≥100Km. It is mainly applied in pigging, rust removing, decontamination, and medium changing in pipelines. Outline dimension can be designed according to the client’s requirements. (φ50—φ1200mm)
