Floor Metal Deck Roll Forming Machine

Floor deck adopt trapezoidal corrugated panels with deeper ribs and thicker plates(0.6-1.5mm).

Closed ribs PEB floor deck is more advanced metal decking:

1/ close deck load bearing capacity is much better than open type deck,

2/ better shear resisting capacity than normal open decking

3/ the closed ribs are completely wrapped by concrete, can play role as steel rebars.

4/ closed deck is more capable of fire resisting

Covering area and stiffness capacity are critical parameters of Roofing panels, Floor panels, wall panels, which decide the necessity of sheet thickness as well as formed panels longitudinal ribs height and density, regular embossing patterns sometimes are adopted to increase friction and thus stickiness.
