DuPont Sorona foam is a new sustainably & recycle foam which could be replaced PU foam, Sorona foam can meet with UK BS5852 Ignition source 2 flammability test by natural without adding any chemical. It's no chemical,food contact grade,zero-formaldehyde,environmental sustainability,natural odorless,won't turn yellow. Currently we are working with brands: nuna / STOKKE / Purflo / Cybex / Britax

DuPont Sorona® has been awarded the internationally influential Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification. Products that meet international safety standards for infants and children at a high level.
The Japanese Biomass Pla Association certifies that Sorona® polymers are derived from a portion of plant-based renewable raw materials and are an important material for sustainable use.

DuPont Sorona fibres are inherently flame retardant and can be tested to British and American standards without the need for flame retardants. This property eliminates some of the safety hazards and gives the user of elastane more protection.

Moisture wicking and quick drying material, not easy to smother sweat and rashes
The corn fibre has an upright structure inside, with a high degree of fluffiness in the mesh fibres, so that the layers are ventilated and breathable, making the filling material truly refreshing and quick-drying
