The Mechanical external cutter which often connects with washover pipe, is
used to cut and remove stuck pipe in long undamaged sections, and capable of
cutting all types of stuck drill pipe or tubing or casing. The external cutter
utilized automatic spring-fed to cut tubing at the outside of the pipe. As a
result of automatic spring-fed, it can be avoided exerting over pulling force to
damage cutter caused by head driller` fault. After cutting it can be lifted with
fish at the same time. The cutter can be cut 5″and4 1/2″drilling pipe. When
cutting different pipes, it would be changed proper clamping casing.
