The SD line is the latest series of innovative deburring machines from JONSEN.
Based on the latest rotation type top disc machines, the SD Series is capable of finishes on flat or contoured components. The machine is capable of fine finishing and edge rounding while maintaining dimensional accuracy.
The SD is excellent on a variety of parts including flat forms, stampings and finished assemblies. Available with multiple configurations including top discs, DuPont Tynex brushes, flat brushes, and steel wire brushes. Also, the SD Series is available with either magnetic or vacuum tables for wet or dry processing as an option.
