Fastest Panel-Type Radiator for Transformer

Our radiators are painted in accordance with corrosion protection standard. The inner and external surfaces of the radiators are cleaned before painting. External surfaces are cleaned from oil, dirt and rust in the special chemical baths. Radiators are also being phosphated in the zinc phosphate bath to ensure better adhesion of the painting. The inner surfaces of radiators are coated equivalent painting resistant to transformer oil. The external surfaces are carefully painted by the well-trained and experienced painters by flooding method at the corrosion level in compliance with the instructions and the corrosion level requested by the customer. For high corrosion requirements, hot dip galvanization and e-coating applications are also successfully performed before painting.
