I. Basic information
1. The oil press has been developed by our company in response to growing needs from the oil processing industry. It is suitable for extracting oil out of oil crops such as rapeseeds, cotton seeds, soybean, flax seeds, Tung seeds, sunflower seeds, peanuts and palm kernels.
It can be used in a. small and medium-sized oil plants, requiring less investment but yielding high economic returns and outputs; b. private oil mills
2.Oil can be produced by two means of extraction: pressing and leaching.
Pressing: the natural oil is pure without any chemicals. Environment friendly and pollution-free, the method preserves maximum nutrition.
Leaching: solvent oil (6# light petrol) is added and can not be completely removed, it will do harm to the human body in the long run.

2 Material and manufacturing process of main parts
A press ring, press screw
Material: 45# medium carbon steel. Surface impregnated carbon.
Technological process: forging—rough turning—finish turning—quenching (heat treatment and spray coating)—annealing
Characteristic: The finish turning process at our factory is wholly controlled by CNC lathes which ensure high accuracy. The parts are engineered to be the exact match, thus saving the wearing-in procedure.
Advantages: 1 CNC finish turning and all parts are uniformly engineered. 2 After carbon impregnation, quenching and spray coating, all wearing parts have superb surface hardness and internal toughness. This significantly reduces surface abrasion and improves internal toughness, and prolongs its service life. 
B Press cage
Material: ductile iron
Advantage:1 Higher plasticity. 2 Higher strength. 3 Higher roughness Tensile strength 60K (for reference) Bending strength 40 K (for reference)
C Gearbox and gears
Material: 20# manganese-titanium alloy is used (or called "auto hypoid gears")
Technology: the manufacturing technology for auto rear axle gears adopted.
Advantages: 1 no noise or noise below 75dB. 2 Highly durable. The gears are heavy duty truck's gears with high accuracy and last three times as long as conventional gearbox
  
III. Knowledge about oil press and company profile
Cold press refers to a squeezing process where oil crops are directly pressed without being cooked. Cold-pressed oilseeds are pressed 2-3 times.
Hot press oilseeds will be cooked previously and crushed at one time.

Our oil press strictly conforms to GB/T9793.1-19999 of the People's Republic of China and has been ISO 9001,SGS certified.

Do you warrant your equipment?
Yes. All our equipment comes with a one year warranty against parts breakage. This does not include normal wear and tear, and there is no warranty for parts wearing due to dirt and debris being ran through our oil Press. 
The press chamber is sealed, so don't run any debris through the press. Some parts are made of stainless steel.

How often will I need to clean the oil press?

The only time you need to clean the press out is when you shut it down for longer than 30 minutes. With that said, if you are running your oil press 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, you will not need to clean your press ever (that is, until your rings, screws or crush plate wears out).

Does the product qualify for Form-E Form-F preference?

If necessary, we will apply for the FORM-E FORM-F certificate to help customers of the free trade areas cut down their taxes.
