Key Parts Discription 1.Spiral blade/reamer:Adopting standard carbon steel material. Easy-wear surface of reamer is welded with wear-resisting welding wire. After welding,the surface becomes smooth with small resistance, high wear resistance, and hardness in 52 HRC - 56 HRC.The usage life is 4 to 7 times than ordinary reamer. Lead (pitch) is scientifically arranged with characteristics of "micro pressure transmission, high pressure extruding". It improves the workingefficiency and extruding pressure and can be repeatedly repair during using. Therefore, it reduces the costand improves the utilization rate. 2.The machine adopts floating shaftstructure, which can eliminate or reduce the bending of spindle caused by the long-term use and protectthe machine from shaking.As a result it can save energy 15-30%.
3.Mixer shaft: Adopting standard 45 carbon steel material.The hardness is in HB220-240after heat treatment.
4.Machine body adopts Q235 plates welded together. The internal plastic toughness and residual stress ofthe components are removed through aging treatment. Thus, the hardness and strength is greatly increased. As a result the machine has the advantage of reasonable structure, strong and durable, high extruding pressure, high vacuum degree, widely using, lessenergy consumption, high efficiency and easy maintenance. 5.Mixing tooth: Adopting standard 45 # carbon steel material. The hardness is in 45 HRC - 50 hrc6after heat treatment. Lubrication of extruding machine is to injectlubricant through pipelines into the body.During the process of lubrication, water or oil is injected to reduce clay extruding resistance. 6.Main electronic components:It selects international brand like Siemens, Schneider, ABB, etc. 7. Bearing adopts domestic well-known brands: HRB, ZWZ, LYC.  Note: The machine usage life is not less than 20 years under normal operation, and maintenance.
