HD K-11 Flexible Waterproof Coating
HD K-11 Description:
HD-K11 flexible waterproof coating is a modified acrylic polymer modified cement-based composite waterproof coatings, This coating is composed of high-grade cement&polymer powder and emulsion. When mixed , it forms a layer of tough, elastic waterproof membrane, which has a good adhesion with concrete and mortar, preventing the water from infiltration.
There are two types in K11 flexible series:
Flexible II: power-based, mainly for projects immersed in water for long time 
Flexible IIIemulsion-based, mainly for projects demanding highly of dynamic loads and anti-cracking                                                                            
HD K-11 Features:

Excellent cohesion with substrates, resistant to many chemicals
Apply on horizontal or vertical surfaces
Able to cover the base surface micro-cracks, against a slight vibration and displacement of the base surface

Roof, balconies, floor, wall, tunnel, bridges, kitchen, reservoir, basement, bathroom, swimming pool, waterproof construction.

Storage: Stored in ventilated, dry room with temperature between 5ºC-45ºC
Shelf Life: 12 months in its original container
Delivery Time: About 14days after order confirmed

COVERAGE
When dry film is 1.0mm, 1.5-1.9kg/;
When dry film is 1.5mm, 2.0-2.3kg/
Consumption refers to mixed weight of power and liquid, actual amount subject to actual requirement. Usually,1mm for common projects and 1.5-2mm for underground projects.
Installation:
Surface preparation
1) The substrate must be clean, dry and free of oils, grease, wax, latex compounds, curing compounds, dust and all foreign matter;
2) Surface cracks should be repaired.
3) Surface should be leveled if there are larger deviations.
MIXING 
It is recommended to use low cycled (350 r/min) electrical mixer in order to make the mortar homogeneous. 
APPLICATION
The surface must be pre-wet to saturate and be thoroughly damp, but no visible water.
Ensure the material is thoroughly mixed before applying, and applied by a brush or a broom. Decide the thickness and layers based on actual requirements. Usually,1mm for common projects and 1.5-2mm for underground projects.
 A second coat is required to be applied when the first coat achieving surface dry, usually takes 1-3hours. Spray water to damp surface if exceeding 24hours or surface cured.
The Waterproofing Membrane should be maintained for at least 3days or even more.
Ceramic tiling application may start minimum 12 hours after application of K11. Before applying tile adhesives onto Waterproofing Membrane, allow the Waterproofing Membrane to fully cure.
