Concrete Demoulding Agent

DM 50 is a kind of emulsified oil based environmental friendly demoulding agent. It is non-toxic, non irritating smell, non combustion, no pollution, biodegradable, and has no harmful effect on concrete surface and concrete performance. It can be sprayed or brushed on the working face of the mold, and hardened concrete after demoulded shows perfectly smooth and glossy surface and appearance.

DM 50 can be used for demoulding of concrete products such as tunnel segment, bridge, GRC, large-scale prefabricated component, etc, and for moulds made of different materials such as steel mould, wood mould, plastic mould, aluminum alloy, etc.

Application method

- Clean the mould plate for the first time use. If the mould plate is clean, the effect of DM 50 could be influenced

- Dilute DM 50 with water in proportion of 1:3~1:8, exact dilution ratio needs to be determined by test depending on the mould condition and application process

- Diluted DM 50 is applied by brushing, rolling or spraying to the surface of mould plate. Spraying process is highly recommended. The amount of spray or brush is different due to different types of formwork, and the maximum application area is up to 80 m² / kg for diluted solution

- After spray/brush evenly, it shall be dried at ambient within 20 minutes, and the formwork after application should be prevented from being washed by rain

- This product is non-toxic, harmless and environment-friendly. The used template can be directly washed with water
