WORKING PRINCIPLE (SEE FIGURES)

Outer rings are installed in the bearing housing, to achieve tight fit.

 (1) Outer ring suction blocks are fixed in the bearing housings by nuts;

(2) Circle the suction blocks are fixed in the circle rings, and input axis and magnetic area are regarded as an integral, tight inner rings by nut with 350N, when it refers to rotation:

1. Idling:inner rings are rotated with shaft.

2. Intermediate speed:circle rings suction blocks <2> are adsorbed with magnetic area<3>, shaft drive inner and circle rings to rotation.

3. High speed:outer rings suction blocks <1> are adsorbed with magnetic area <4>, and circle rings suction blocks <2> are adsorbed with magnetic area <3>, shaft drive inner , circle and outer rings to rotation.
