Electro galvanizing line is to put the coils which is cold rolled and annealed into electro galvanizing assembly, after washing and galvanizing, phosphating, passivation, oiling, fingerprint resistance, alloying, it shall be used in motors, home appliance, buildings and more
Continuous electro galvanizing is a process of obtaining electro-galvanizing zinc layer in which zinc deposits equably from liquor on the surface of the strip under the effect of electric field
Its task is to protect the surface of the cold-rolled strip against rusting with equable zinc layer, and get ready for the use or the subsequent treatment such as painting
