Main function and features:

Hv automatic winding machines are applicable to coiling winding of medium/small distribution transformers, transducers and similar processes, especially winding of HV coils of amorphous alloy transformers. The machine is the most advanced winding equipment in China that is designed independentl as required by ABB, Siemens and other foreign funded enterprises to satisfy the most optimized design and manufacturing requirements on insulation with reference to renown foreign winding equipment fanufacturers such as BR and TOBOLY, and is the optimal option that reduces material costs.

The automatic winding machine consists of the winding unit, the automatic winding displacement device, the layer insulation auto displacement trapezoid insulating unit, the round wire/fat wire tension adjustable pay off rack, the pneumatic system, the PLC control and servo motor system and touch screen HMI ect. Featured by high automation level, complete functions and strong power, it guarantees the axial tightness and radial tightness, and is especially suitable for rectangular coils.
