Product description

The combination of processing cycles in high temperature environments combined with aggressive fluxes can cause degradation of standard Durostone grades.The solution is Durostone CFR767, which is specially formulated for aggressive fluxes and high temperature process configurations.The resin used to produce Durostone CFR767 can withstand temperatures up to 300°C. When the solder bath temperature exceeds 265°C and the bottom PCB preheat exceeds 140°C, Durostone CFR767 should be used instead of the standard grade.Antistatic durostone sheet

Durostone CFR767 has excellent flux resistance. When fluxes containing halides or dicarboxylic acids are used in high-volume production, the lifetime of standard grade materials is reduced, so Durostone CFR767 is the ideal solution.wave soldering tray durostone
