DSH Double Screw Cone Mixer Summary:
The spiral male, on a material to produce composite movement in the cone, mainly produced four kind of movement form:1. Spiral orbit along the wall, make the wall material along the cone circular motion; 2. Screw rotation make material since the cone bottom along the spiral; 3. Compound movement of the screw, the rotation part of the material being absorbed into spiral cylinder and the screw rotation effect of centrifugal force makes the spiral inner part of the material to the cone cylinder radial emissions; 4. Rising material by its own gravity.Four kinds of motion to produce convection in the mixing machine, shear, diffusion, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid mixing.
