DKLW-200W mould repair laser welding machine   Feature: The mould repair laser welding machine which is disigned for the mould industry, is used in   the repairing of precision moulds. The laser head and optical parts can be rotated 360 degrees, which is specially suitable for the repairing of large, medium and samll mould. Small heat-affect zone , do not cause the precision tooling deformation , larege welding depth, welding firmly, melting fully, without leaving trace of repair.   Application: The weldable materials include cold work high alloy steel ,hot work alloy steel, nickel tool steel ,high grade steel ,steel alloy, high tenacity aluminum alloy, etc.This machine is suitable for the mould manufacturing of mobile phone , digital products, automobile , eyeglass, toy and other molding industries.   Advantage: Uses one-key switch to simplify process of starting-up, which is convenient for the cumbersome use .
